Crispy Chicken Dilbahar





Ingredients:

  • Chicken Paste
  • Bread
  • Chopped Onion
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Italian Mixed herbs
  • Black Pepper
  • White Pepper
  • Lemon
  • Green Chilli
  • Egg
  • Corn flour
  • Salt
  • Soy Sauce
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Prawn Small size
  • Refined Oil.

Method:

  • First season the Prawns with salt.
  • Cut Bread in heart shape.
  • Mix all ingredients properly except prawns and egg.
  • Next brush egg white on Breads.
  • Then put the chicken mixture and prawn in it.
  • Freeze it for 30 minutes.
  • Deep fry till golden brown.
  • Crispy Chicken Dilbahar is ready.

Chicken Corn Ball with Cheese

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Keema
  • Boiled Corn
  • Cheese Cube
  • Chopped Onion
  • Chopped Greed Chilli
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Chopped Capsicum
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Oregano
  • White Oil

Method:

  • Mix Chicken Keema, Boiled Corn, Chopped Onion, Chopped Greed Chilli, Ginger Garlic Paste, Chopped Capsicum, Chilli Flakes, Oregano properly and make it a paste.
  • Cut cheese in small cube.
  • Stuff the cheese cubes and make small balls from chicken paste.
  • Crumb it properly.
  • Deep fry the balls.

Capsicum Chicken

Ingredients:-

  • Chicken Boneless cubes -500gm
  • Ginger garlic paste -1tbspn
  • Capsicum paste-1cup
  • Onions cubes -2large no.
  • Butter -2tbspn
  • Oil-2tbspn
  • White pepper powder -as per taste
  • Salt as per taste.

Method:-

  • Heat the pan. Put the oil with the butter.
  • Fry the onions along with the ginger garlic paste.
  • Now put the chicken cubes.
  • Tossed in high flame.
  • Now add the capsicum paste, salt and pepper.
  • Cook covered in low flame for 10-12mints and its done.
  • Serve with roti or nun.
