Chicken 65 Recipe

Ingredients:




  1. Chicken Boneless: 200 gms
  2. Thai Sauce: 3 tbsp
  3. Dry Parsley: 1 tsp
  4. Honey: 2 tbsp
  5. Refined oil: 5-6 tbsp
  6. Soya sauce: 2 tbsp
  7. Garlic paste: 1tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Sugar to taste
  10. Chili flakes: 1 tsp
  11. Onion slices: 1 cup
  12. Cornflour: 1 cup
  13. Dry red chili: 2-3

Method:

  1. Mix the chicken with cornflour, soya sauce, salt, sugar, dry parsley and fry it in hot oil.
  2. Heat some oil in another pan.
  3. Add one dry red chilli in it.
  4. Fry the sliced onion and garlic paste in that oil.
  5. After 2-3 minutes add fried chicken in it.
  6. Add thai sauce, soya sauce, salt, sugar, chilli flakes and 2 Tbsp water in it.
  7. Mix all the ingredients well and cover the pan.
  8. Cook for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
