Ingredients: Bhetki fish or Basa fish, Coriander powder, lemon syrup, kasundi, cornflour (with maximum quantity), a little bit of flour, beaten egg, white pepper, salt.
Marinate the fish with all the above mentioned ingredients.
After 15 minutes fry the marinated fish until half-done in hot oil.
Then make a batter with egg, chopped coriander leaves, salt and aginamoto.
Dip the half fried fish in the batter and fry it in the same oil until golden brown.
Serve it with Green Chatni.
Ingredients: Ginger, garlic, onion, green chilli, Mint leaves, black salt, coriander leaves, chat masala, one spoon chickpea flour, curd, tamarind paste, fried nuts.
Process: Mix all the ingredients and blend it to a smooth paste.
