For 7-8 pakoras • White bread: 4-5 slices • Milk: 1-2 tbsp • salt: as per taste • Onion: 1 large, finely chopped • Green chili: 1-2, finely chopped baking powder: 1 tsp
1. Add milk to the bread slices and keep for a while. 2. Add egg, onion slices, salt, green chili slices to it and mix well to form a batter. 3. The consistency of the batter should be thick. 4. Now heat oil in a pan. 5. Add 1 spoon full of batter to the hot oil and fry till golden brown.
