Recipe of Egg Pasta Salad

Egg Pasts Salad is a famous healthy recipe which you can consider as a complete meal. This item requires zero oil, so if you are on a diet plan then you can consider this as your lunch or dinner menu. Let’s look at the ingredients and the methods:

Ingredients:

1 small packet Fusilli Pasta (boiled)

4 eggs (boiled and sliced)
1 red capsicum (finely chopped)
4 green onions (thin sliced)
2 cucumbers (sliced)
1 cup parsley leaves (chopped)
Celery leaves
Mayonnaise sauce
Mustard Sauce
Lemon Juice (1/2)
Salt/Pepper

Method:

  • Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, until tender.
  • Drain. Allow to cool.

  • Combine pasta, eggs, celery, pepper, onions, capsicum, cucumber, parsley in a large bowl.

  • Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.

  • Add dressing to pasta. Toss until well combined.
