Today, I am going to share one such mouth-watering recipe using bottle gourd skin or in Bengali Lau-khosha. In this recipe, I have boiled the bottle gourd skin and then paste it. And after that, I have stir-fried the paste with some most common Bengali spices, till the water dries up. It is a quick and easy to cook recipe.
