Chicken 65 Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken Boneless: 200 gms
- Thai Sauce: 3 tbsp
- Dry Parsley: 1 tsp
- Honey: 2 tbsp
- Refined oil: 5-6 tbsp
- Soya sauce: 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste: 1tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Chili flakes: 1 tsp
- Onion slices: 1 cup
- Cornflour: 1 cup
- Dry red chili: 2-3
Method:
- Mix the chicken with cornflour, soya sauce, salt, sugar, dry parsley and fry it in hot oil.
- Heat some oil in another pan.
- Add one dry red chilli in it.
- Fry the sliced onion and garlic paste in that oil.
- After 2-3 minutes add fried chicken in it.
- Add thai sauce, soya sauce, salt, sugar, chilli flakes and 2 Tbsp water in it.
- Mix all the ingredients well and cover the pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
