Haritha Beach Resort – Vizag
Vizag is a place in India where you can find sea and hills, side by side. I think it’s unique in itself. I had always wanted to visit Rushikonda Beach just because its location and surroundings. The kinds of visuals you come across are something rare enough in India. For me, this is the best place to stay in Vizag. It’s only 8 km from the railway station. Not far from the city. One can easily avail auto or hire a car and take tours of Vizag city.
Haritha Beach Resort – APTDC
We had booked Haritha Beach Resort of APTDC from Kolkata office. The moment I saw the resort, the surroundings… I thanked myself for taking the right decision. The resort is beautifully placed on the top of the hill just opposite Rushikonda Beach. Our car took the road that encircles the hill and leads to the top. We were in front of the resort.
The view from our room was breathtaking. I was looking at the Bay of Bengal from the attached balcony of our room.
On the way to the adjoining restaurant, we passed through the lobby.
And there is… the restaurant…waiting for us.
The restaurant was quite good. From our table, we were having a different view of the sea. They served not only south Indian dishes but also good Chinese food.
The place was such well designed that I roamed around and took some pictures.
Next morning I woke up early. Sunrise was so beautiful… I almost forgot to click…
Sun rays of early morning were directly falling on the resort only to make it look more magical.
