It is very easy to bake a simple sponge cake but I think, it is not so much easy to bake a perfectly fluffy and soft cake. I personally face lots of difficulty in baking a soft, fluffy, and delicious cake until I follow some simple rules. For cake baking, I found it immensely important to measure the right quantity of ingredients, the right order to mix them to make the perfect batter, and above all the right way and time to mix it. Today I am sharing the way in which I have succeeded to bake a perfect fluffy cake starting from scratch.
Plain Flour: 1+1/4th Cup
Powdered Sugar-1 Cup [I have used powdered sugar because it mixes up really quickly. You can always use the granulated one.]
butter: 100 gms
Salt: 1 Pinch
Milk: 1/4th Cup
Strong Coffee Liqueur: 1/8th Cup
