Lets go to Kolakham

In the midst of these, there is a painting by nature on the hill. The painting of a hamlet named Kolakham. Situated in the lap of Neora Valley National Park this place is only 8 kilometers away from Lava.
Located at an altitude of 6500 ft from the sea level Kolakham provides a breathtaking panoramic view of Mount. Kanchenjunga. Only 50-60 families of Local Nepal Clan, known as “RAI”, Live here. The people are warm-hearted and always carries a smile on their face.

The cold does not bite here. So you can get a pleasant weather than Lava or Rishop. Children can also enjoy this place. In the night of Full Moon, Kolkham looks more than a paradise.
How to reach:
Reach New Jalpaiguri Station. Hire a car from the station. It will take around five hours to reach Kolakham. From Bagdogra airport, you can take a car and reach Kolakham via Kalimpong. The Distance is about 125 Kilometer.
