In our previous post we have shared the experience of visiting Zuluk. Zuluk- it is a secluded place in east Sikkim which is under the old silk route. In ancient time, fine silk material was transported from China to Middle East via this route. The place Zuluk is a famous point on the Silk route which is now under India. Now a day, people visit this place to for its scenic beauty and to relish the freshness of nature. Zuluk is the place where tranquility is redefined. The resort is in lower Sikkim, situated at an altitude of 12200 ft. The hotel is surrounded by the Himalayan mountain range on three sides. You can have an excellent view of Zuluk from this place. The resort has restaurant, room service, travel desk and optional camp fire facility. The rooms are equipped with modern furniture and have attached bath with hot water supply. This resort has well equipped cottages for staying. The rooms are available with attached bath and other modern facilities. There is Hot water supply in every room. The only point about this resort is they serve dinner within 9PM, a bit early for us. The surrounding beauty is worth to mention. Charge: INR 1500 -2500 per day per head

This is the most acclaimed lodging at Zuluk. Palzor is a traditional Sikkimese homestay running by a Lepcha family. You can have the great view of Himalayan mountain range from Palzor. Being a house it can accommodate up to 8 people at one time. The accommodation is fresh and comfortable. The foods are cooked by the family members and served hot.
